Joseph Dulac, MD
Family Medicine, Board Certified

Dr. Dulac is board-certified in Family Medicine and is accepting new patients. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in Hanover, New Hampshire and received his Medical Degree from Boston University School of Medicine. He attended the College of the Holy Cross majoring in Chemistry as well.

Dr. Dulac was born at Lowell General Hospital and grew up in Chelmsford, Massachusetts where he graduated from Chelmsford High School. He participated in sports; including little league baseball, junior league bowling, and played high school and college football. Dr. Dulac has been with Dracut Family Medicine since 2008 and was instrumental in the design of the practice.  He also works part-time at the Circle Health Urgent Care Centers, in Dracut and Westford. He is a leader of Lowell General Hospital, serving on the PHO Board of Directors. He also serves on the Infectious Disease Committee at Lowell General Hospital.

Dr. Dulac has clinical interests in prevention, wellness and care of families, sports medicine and nutrition.


Chong So, DO
Family Medicine, Board Certified

Dr. So is board-certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and is accepting new patients. He completed his residency at Mid-Hudson Family Health Institute in Kingston, NY and received his medical degree from New England College of Osteopathic Medicine in Biddeford, ME.

Dr. So has clinical interests in preventative health, chronic disease management, and age/gender appropriate cancer screenings. Dr. So emphasizes on patient-centered medical care; tailoring care to each individual, and assisting patients with the complex world of modern medical systems. He strives to ensure that his patients receive top quality medical care in a timely manner.

Dr. So is a member of the American Associates of Family Physicians. He enjoys cooking and the Latin language.
